Checkpoint 2e489fd1 preserves an inert lifecycle field across record parsing and ordinary writes. Invalid values cannot become absent after an ignored decode error. Ordinary region, move and channel edits preserve unchanged intent; install, clear, replacement and contradictory Hibernate changes refuse. All three API views omit the field. The technical implementation plan now uses explicit true Hibernate to retain existing activator/replication ownership.

Actual Opus accepted the implementation and the separate plan amendment. Focused normal/race/vet/gofmt checks passed and15 deliberate mutants failed on assertions; frozen source and mutation artifacts are recorded. Full local build/vet/gofmt/make test plus three cross builds passed at23:43:48Z. Exact-tip Amadan gate/cross/MinIO passed on both lifecycle and integration branches; integration is fast-forwarded to this tested SHA.

No runtime, registry field, installer, consent consumer or Always-awake behavior is enabled. Runtime and writer floors, lifecycle admission/recovery, exhaustion/storage policy, USD/GBP rates and provider proof remain activation gates. Free60 pooled monthly hours, Personal100 base-band hours and default-OFF explicit opt-in are approved; one review sentence calling opt-in undecided is stale and does not alter those decisions. LIVE BILLING OFF; no main merge, deployment or provider changes.
