AGENTS.md now says the flagship tofu root lives in carlosframework/carloku-infrastructure (split out of platform-infrastructure 2026-10-01) and consumes the platform modules at a release tag. Releases have to push their tag to the GitHub mirror before carloku can move to them. Agent-facing doc only; no code.
