Zero-downtime deploys spec (rev 13, accepted by Astra round 13, awaiting Paul's review): overlap swaps on two generation sockets with the edge switching after the health check; hold per app or per release; paced per-app per-box rollout with a canary; first-wake canary with fallback to the last good build by direct exec; failure records; native sidecar adoption leg. Instance update settings (manual/pin/major/in-app) split into a separate draft spec with six open Astra findings and a threat-model question for Paul.
