Temporary static sites, built and ready to land. carlos deploy --temporary [--ttl 3d] ./dir creates a tmp-<label> static app that moves to the Trash when its TTL ends (default 7d, 1h-30d) and is purged 3 days later; carlos apps ttl|keep|list manage them. Lifecycle lives in the console apps table only: box code and bucket shapes are unchanged. Every transition runs under a per-app lock and settles against the trash marker; the early purge only fires when the marker's clock matches. The tmp- namespace is reserved at every name-creating door, and temporary apps cannot take domains, binaries, storage, email, relay, sidecars, fleet placement, production or control-plane status until kept.

Ships OFF behind CARLOSTEMPORARYAPPS=1. Rollout, needing Paul's approval: roll every box, scan registries and console tables for tmp- names, then switch on.

Tested and reviewed: spec 9 Astra rounds, plan 7 Astra rounds, 12 tasks each separately reviewed, Fable whole-branch review, Opus review of the main-merge resolution; full gate green (build, vet, gofmt, go test ./..., darwin/windows).
