Makes the console's account switcher usable with dozens of accounts: the list scrolls inside the menu and opens on the current account, and past seven accounts a filter box narrows it by name (Enter opens the first match, arrows walk the rows). Also sizes the menu to its names so long ones stop wrapping mid-word. Copy approved by Paul; test added; checked in headless Chrome. Awaiting Paul's merge.
