#295. Spec rev 1 (docs/superpowers/specs/2026-10-18-app-redirect-and-transfer-design.md, 3361ef5f): a redirect release kind (301 to any https URL, path and query carried), then a host-claim transfer of static apps that turns the source into a redirect to the new hostname. Astra round 1 running; Paul reviews after.
