Makes amadan the source of truth in AGENTS.md, and adds squash-before-landing (Bill, 2026-09-24).

Why. AGENTS.md contradicted itself:

• "Every change lands through a PR" said merge on GitHub with gh pr merge, then push main to amadan.
• "Work is tracked on amadan" said main lands through amadan branch merge.

Both were followed. Most recent merges went through amadan, and a few went through GitHub PRs (#409, #413, #414, #417, #418). A GitHub-first merge runs CI only after the change is on main.

What changes.

• The landing rule is now four steps: 1. Push the branch to amadan. 2. Describe it with amadan branch describe. 3. Squash it to one commit. amadan branch merge has no squash mode, so main gets the hub's merge commit plus one change commit. 4. Land it with amadan branch merge -expect <tip> once CI is green on that tip.
• GitHub is a mirror that follows amadan's main. No PRs or merges there.
• The Build & test bullets that called GitHub the source of truth are replaced to match. They now cover reading main's run after a merge, and fast-forwarding GitHub from amadan, never the reverse.
