Follow rastrillo to v0.27.0
The pin was v0.26.0, one minor behind. Nothing in idear had to change for it: `go get` moved the one require line, `go mod tidy` touched no other dependency, and the full gate — vet, gofmt, test, and the -race pass over the store's transaction invariants — is green against it.
