Regenerate the seed ledger's hashes for the three scripts that changed since the seed

The ledger recorded the seed's bytes for every file copied from
rastrillo, and three scripts have moved since: calendar.js and
datetime.js took the fiestaCalendar seam and the string tables,
select.js took the string tables, the placement fix synced from
rastrillo, and the native state. sha256sum -c showed those three
FAILED. The three lines are regenerated from the files as they are;
every other line still matched and is untouched, as is the prose.

From this commit's own message. The prompt ledger has no entries for it — which is what a squashed, rebased or amended commit looks like, and what every commit looks like in a repo without a ledger.

Summary

hack/seed/README.md: the sha256 lines for js/calendar.js, js/datetime.js and js/select.js now describe the files as they are, so sha256sum -c passes on all 51 lines. Only the hash lines change; the prose is as approved.

The ledger now describes the files at the synced tip rather than at the seed; the README's own sentence about the hashes is unchanged.
