Port the component drives on their seeded inputs, and hold every example state to the floors

The component drives from rastrillo e14b745's ui/, ported with
mechanical substitutions: package and import paths, the stylesheet
reader, hand-built muxes to sizingMux, galleryrig's two helpers to the
rig's, and every page body read through fixture from the seeded
testdata/fixtures/index.json, so the page each drive measures is the
page the SEED drive measured. The two index rows that name an example
state rather than a path (the modal, modal/default) are read through
fixtureExample, new beside fixture. Every one of the 54 ported tests
passed on its first run against the tree, before the new tests were
written; nothing was loosened.

Sizing, rows, depth rows, blocks, bulk bar, dropdown, pagination, row
menu (/act/a, /go/view-a, the hidden fields and the long POST label),
media grid, api tokens, signin, the two-spellings drive and the B half
of browser_test.go as fields_browser_test.go (the select and date
journeys, Enter, the field row, the calendar overlay, the native
picker, the clock). Helpers that already lived in check/ are not
redeclared: targetReading, readTargets, settleUntil, at, point, probe,
mustRun, fixtureImages, classSpelling, the two fixture regexes, axName.
The keep list in rig_browser_test.go is down to classSpelling, which
no ported call reaches.

The signin fixtures link /static/passkey-signin.mjs; it is served
empty, as SEED's server served it, so the door is measured as a
browser leaves it when no WebAuthn is found. The media grid's seeded
tiles name /images/tall.svg and /images/wide.svg, so mediaPictures
serves those as before; nothing is served at /assets/.

Two tests are new. TestTheClassFixtureIsGenuinelyClassSpelled
(untagged, spelling_fixture_test.go) holds the seeded class page to
the class spelling: no rst- attribute the grammar maps, no mapped
rst- class in its markup.Respell twin, the two different. Its control
is rastrillo's mixed classFixture body in a scratch copy, which fails
naming rst-box-head, the first mapped attribute after the hand-written
block. TestEveryExampleStateMeetsTheFloors (coverage_browser_test.go)
loads every state of every non-layout example (156) as its own
document through example.Document at the tree's own depth, so its
links resolve against the embedded css/, js/ and examples/assets/, and
holds the inventory's controls to 44px at 390 with a coarse pointer
and 32px at 1280, overlays and the enhanced lists included, every text
control to 16px on the phone, icons in controls to 16 and 12, and the
load to no console error, with a third leg on the same documents with
every script tag stripped (the preflight's F4 ruling). It asserts it
visited every manifest state. Its control, --rst-tap: 40px in a
scratch tokens.css, fails the touch leg naming 92 states; the same
mutation fails the ported TestEveryTapTargetIsAtLeast44Pixels on
fixtures/sizing.html in its three touch-floor legs.

Weights: SEED's lines for the moved tests, as browser check, and one
measured line for the floors drive (26s). Shards 106/137/126s; make ci
green.

Stays in rastrillo, as the preflight ruled: ui/field_money_browser_test.go
(TestFieldMoneySubmitsWithNoScript), with form handling.

Task 10: port the component drives (sizing, rows, depth rows, blocks, bulk bar, dropdown, pagination, row menu, media grid, api tokens, signin, markup v3, the B half of browser_test.go) from rastrillo e14b745 ui/ into check/ on their seeded fixtures, write TestTheClassFixtureIsGenuinelyClassSpelled and TestEveryExampleStateMeetsTheFloors with negative controls, update the weights, run the three shards and make ci once, commit.

New in check/: sizing, rows, depth_rows, blocks, bulkbar, dropdown, pagination, rowmenu, mediagrid, apitokens, signin and markup_v3 browser drives, and fields_browser_test.go (the B half of SEED browser_test.go), each reading its seeded page through fixture; fixtureExample beside fixture for the two example-reference rows; spelling_fixture_test.go with TestTheClassFixtureIsGenuinelyClassSpelled; coverage_browser_test.go with TestEveryExampleStateMeetsTheFloors over all 156 non-layout example states on three legs. rig_browser_test.go's keep list is down to classSpelling. hack/test-weights.txt gains the moved tests' SEED lines and a 26s line for the floors drive.

All 54 ported drives green first run. Three negative controls ran in a scratch copy: the untagged test on rastrillo's mixed classFixture body names rst-box-head (an attribute, not an extraFixture class as the brief expected; the extras are in classes and pass); --rst-tap: 40px reddens the floors drive's touch leg (313 findings, 92 states, lists and overlays among them) and the ported sizing drive's three touch legs. The floors drive has a no-script third leg per preflight F4, which the brief does not list. [rst-shell-chrome] > summary has no example state; logged, not failed.
