Give the Arabic token list the room the runner measured

The hub's CI on 6678f50 failed one shard: the 320px height drive read
day/ar's api-tokens list with two of its tokens live at 1854px in a
1850px Mobile box, 4px short, and asked for 1880. The full sweep on
docs-t1 had read it inside its box, and the same tree passed CI on
a075589, so this is the runner's text laying out a few pixels taller
than the sweep's. previewMobileLocaleHeights gains ar at the number
the drive named. Nothing else changes; the routine 320px drive is
green locally with it (612 frames and 116 opened over en, ar, ru and
ga, 0 short), and a full sweep keeps the entry, since it is above the
shared Mobile height.
