abono: the approved English catalog
Summary
locales/en.toml now holds Paul's approved English for the 113 message keys a consumer uses, generated from copy-approved.json and copied byte for byte. Three approved keys nothing uses were left out. The catalog gate tolerates a named pendingReview list.
Agent notes
Still without text (in copy review): abono.status.failing_nodate and abono.owner.free_no_member, both listed in pendingReview in templates_test.go; the follow-up adds their text and empties the list. Left out as unused: abono.plan.yours, abono.plan.renews_note, abono.paywall.closed. The example's example.signout and abono.sandbox.email have no approved text; the gate does not scan example/, and sandbox.email is not used by any consumer. make ci is green.
