| 95 | <p>People of all representations bike in Amsterdam (and the Netherlands) with no helmets, all shapes and sizes of people, totally normal, like it's nothing. No ceremony, just a smart default.</p> |

| 97 | <p>It's so frustrating that any group involved in city planning (looking at you Dublin) would look at the <em>existence</em> (not fiction) of this and not want to drop everything to make it a reality in their own city: following the lead from the Dutch over the last 50 years+.</p> |

| 111 | Same for Germany unfortunately. The biggest cities in three of our neighboring countries demonstrate that it's possible to push cars out of the cities, but Berlin is like: nah! We rather build a new city Autobahn. |
