Adopting its fmt/vet/build/test coverage with explicit error propagation and safe cache handling. Not adopting mutations.py as a claimed gate: its missing anchors are skipped while final output still claims all mutations caught, and compilation failures count as successful detection. Those defects require a separate runner fix. Existing module/conformance tests remain unchanged. Prove bad formatting, failed tests and tool failures stop the gate, then validate clean branch. Fable review waits until 20:50 Dublin; no blind merge.

Its workdir is /tmp/oficina-suite-ci-runner/workdir and log /tmp/oficina-suite-ci-runner/runner.log. The real runner successfully executed this branch gate. Root owns cleanup via systemctl --user stop oficina-suite-overnight-ci-20260907.service. Fable review remains required before merge.
