Independent prerequisite inspection from supporting Home agent, with Home now paused for original Claude ownership: actual CGO_ENABLED=0 go build ./... against fresh Memoria origin/main b9e5de9 archive succeeded and downloaded suite v0.0.0-20260905215529-60b01a8a0d6d. Therefore suite module importability is resolved; README/doctrine warning is stale. Existing suite AHEAD branch worktree-s2-ahead at 2ed20d4 remains unmerged and contains decoder support plus doctrine revision 9/10 changes. Memoria main deliberately withholds unknown AHEAD loudly and has TestAheadIsStillAShippingLag. Reviewing compatibility and exact prerequisite scope only; no contract or Memoria edits, no merge. Fable prompt/evidence path /tmp/oficina-suite-ahead-review; root reports reviewer quota until 20:50 Dublin.
Overnight readiness: ownership, dependencies, Fable reviews and deployments open
On branch plan/overnight-readiness
Execution queue: implementation/overnight-2026-09-07.md on plan/overnight-readiness at cbe32a5. Paul authorized the entire readiness plan, parallel implementation, Amadan coordination, and continuous reviewed deployments; he also explicitly requires consistent UI/UX and reusable components through Estilo.
Active owners: Home origin separation /root/hometrack (home #9); Docs content sealing /root/docstrack (docs #39); Sheets atomic bulk writes /root/sheets_track (sheets #17). Root coordinates other dependencies and deployments. Independent reviewer connectivity verified: Claude Fable 5.1 (claude-fable-5-1).
Use this thread for cross-track dependencies and candidate releases; each app owns its branch discussions. Each UI slice reviews Estilo adoption. Per estilo/AGENTS.md, the first consumer builds the shared primitive there and the second corrects the interface; do not duplicate app-local components while waiting for extraction.
Completion requires reviewed code, actual green remote CI, required canary evidence and verified merged-main deployment. New product copy needs its concrete copy review. Preserve existing worktrees and historical backups. Meet consumes the signed-in participant ruling already recorded in suite #3. The full queue remains open until implemented; pilot validation cannot be fabricated overnight.
AHEAD analysis checks complete: existing 2ed20d4 contract branch passes go test ./... and go vet ./... in an isolated archive. Substituting it only in a temporary latest-Memoria archive fails TestAheadIsStillAShippingLag exactly as intended; existing production pin was not modified. There is no S1a wire type/route/decoder in the module, and Memoria has no production SourcesToReannounce caller or read/write of Reconciling. A vocabulary-only change is additive for old pinned consumers, but is not recoverable search delivery. Current-state-only or pruned-source STALE/AHEAD semantics remain unresolved in Memoria §13. Fable request was refused by session quota until 20:50 Dublin; no review verdict obtained. Prepared prompt and raw refusal at /tmp/oficina-suite-ahead-review. Also found a separate required-field S2 decoder issue worth a bounded follow-on fix; details sent to root for triage.
Independent review by claude-fable-5-1 in session 6353bce7-f4f4-4be7-86f3-465c48708a86
Verdict: REQUEST CHANGES. Reviewer: Claude Fable 5.1, model ID claude-fable-5-1. Plan review only, read-only. The protocol and queue are sound in shape. Two of the three "initial active" slices are not safe to execute as listed, and the Estilo item is worded against Estilo's own binding rule.
Findings
1. High. Home first slice is not executable as described. The plan table lists "separate credential and directory origins, existing assertion-plan task 1" as active now. The assertion plan in the home worktree, docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-07-home-assertion.md, says of itself: "DRAFT, unreviewed... Do not execute this as though it were finished." It records the origin split as a prerequisite "not the executor's", with the deployment shape unconfirmed (one binary routing on Host versus two deployments), and both hostnames currently serving the same skeleton build. It also names a new production secret that is Paul's to provision. The overnight plan's protocol step 3 already requires a reviewed spec, but the table contradicts it.
- Action: mark Home task 1 as blocked on three recorded prerequisites: assertion plan review pass, the edge-routing answer, and signing-key provisioning. Reassign the Home agent to an independent Home slice meanwhile (activity-pull, roster data model, or invitations groundwork that needs no origin change).
- Action: when the split does deploy, the canary record must show existing sessions on the credential origin survive, and the rollback target is single-host routing.
2. High. Docs content sealing has no spec and no migration phasing. The Docs worktree overnight-content-sealing has no sealing spec, and the Docs AGENTS.md has no rule on encryption at rest. Sealing is a key-management data migration on live content. Protocol step 7 protects backups but says nothing about read compatibility.
- Action: spec and review before code, per protocol step 3.
- Action: phase it explicitly. First branch: read both sealed and legacy, write nothing sealed. Second: sealed writes behind a flag. Backfill of legacy content is its own branch with a stated limit, never a side effect. The rollback target must be able to read everything the canary wrote. A key-loss test belongs in the first branch.
- Action: add key provisioning to the blocked-prerequisite register, same status as Home's secrets.
3. Medium-High. The suite contract module cannot be imported. The suite README status and doctrine revision 8 both say so. Queue item 9 (Memoria sibling producers and conformance) and the dependency note "Memoria sibling APIs can progress before Home" both assume an importable module.
- Action: add "make the module importable, tag it, verify with a consumer build" as a Suite-track slice with an owner, ahead of any Memoria conformance branch.
4. Medium. Estilo item 13 is worded against Estilo's rule, but a workable path exists. Estilo's binding rule: one app builds a primitive in Estilo, the other adopts it. "Not two implementations merged afterwards." Item 13 says "Estilo adoption from actual two-app implementations", which reads as exactly the rejected merge. Current facts: Estilo holds a theme package and a lint package, zero components, and no app go.mod pins it. Its dependency blocker is resolved (it pins rastrillo v0.22.0), but the AGENTS.md Dependency section still says to wait for a release, so that section is stale and should get a decisions-table row.
- Action: reword item 13 to name a first builder and a second adopter per primitive. Good candidates from this queue: sharing dialog and comment thread (Docs builds, Sheets or Slides adopts), presence indicator, save-state indicator, error and empty states. Do not extract navigation chrome until two apps actually diverge on it.
- Action: each app's first Estilo pin is its own reviewed branch, since it lengthens the pin chain and Estilo's tokens-drift check is the only guard.
- Action: every primitive meets Estilo's gates at first landing: attribute grammar, twelve locales, stated script-off behaviour, 24px targets, 320px reflow, contrast arithmetic copied from rastrillo's test. A primitive that lands English-only is not adoptable.
- Do not build a gallery generator. AGENTS.md records that as an open question.
5. Medium. No deployment ordering across repositories. Tracks deploy independently to shared hosts, but Home's assertion rollout and the Docs/Sheets sign-in consumers are coupled. Protocol step 6 relies on /api/version, which I found in home, calendar and sheets-core but not in docs or memoria.
- Action: the Suite track holds an explicit deploy order for cross-repo changes. Consumers deploy only after Home's verification keys are live and confirmed.
- Action: verify docs and memoria expose a version endpoint, or name the equivalent check, before any shared deployment of those apps.
6. Medium. Rollback compatibility needs a concrete gate. "Rollback compatibility" appears in the evidence list without a definition.
- Action: for any storage-format or schema change, the gate is: the rollback target reads data written by the candidate. Record the test that proves it.
7. Low-Medium. The copy-review instructions are not locatable. The plan cites "local copy-review instructions" but no repository AGENTS.md mentions copy review. If the executor cannot find the rule, "prepare strings for review" is unenforceable.
- Action: name the file and the review mechanism in the plan.
8. Low-Medium. Meet and Slides gating. Meet's design awaits Paul's approval per prior session records, so item 12 should gate implementation on that approval, not only on "locating existing session decisions". Slides slice 1 is already in flight in another session. The plan's "blocked/idle" wording should not lead to a duplicate claim.
9. Low. Worktree paths. Owners are listed under /root/... while repositories live under /home/paulca/amadan.net/oficina. Confirm these are separate fetched checkouts. The suite AGENTS.md documents at length how stale checkouts misled a session. Existing worktrees overnight-origin-split and overnight-content-sealing are already present and must be preserved as the plan says.
10. Low. Restore drill sequencing. Item 16 puts the identity, content and key restore drill last. A restore drill for Docs and Home storage should precede the sealing and origin-split branches, since those are the changes most likely to need it.
What can proceed now without changes
- Sheets: atomic batch writes and paste correctness. Specs exist in sheets-core, no cross-repo dependency.
- Docs items 2 and 4 excluding sealing: images, tables, links, rename, duplicate, trash.
- Calendar item 8 slices that need no Home identity.
- Estilo: the first primitive under finding 4, once the item is reworded.
- Suite: making the module importable (finding 3).
Summary
The protocol is good. The problem is the active table: it starts two migrations, identity origin split and content sealing, that the repositories' own documents say are unreviewed or unspecified, with no phased compatibility plan. Fix findings 1, 2 and 4 in the plan text, add findings 3, 5 and 6 as Suite-track items, and I would approve. Nothing here contradicts the authorization for autonomous implementation and reviewed continuous deployment.
Corrections/evidence recorded in plan revision ff985c8. In particular fresh actual Memoria build proves importability, Home bounded routing has separate review and remains paused for original owner, Docs activation rollout now explicitly preserves compatible rollback. No review refusal treated as approval. Fable quota resets20:50 Dublin. Root now owns Estilo save status (#1) and Docs release stamping because live process endpoint reports dev.
Mail inventory (read-only): fetched Keymail origin/main45c1a68. Existing implementation includes browser-held encryption, ordinary SMTP bridge, import/offload/sync, archive/trash/restore, scoped OAuth delivery grants, anonymous passkey vault identity, and operator domain-aware registry/alias routing. The domains design status and README contain stale claims; named owner domain-management API routes are absent from current route registration, so do not equate registry support with team-admin onboarding. text/calendar is recognized as an attachment MIME suffix; no VEVENT/iTIP/RSVP consumer found in the browser/MIME paths inspected. Prioritize Calendar invitation contract then client-side Mail presentation/acceptance without server decryption. Home must not treat its directory account as possession of mailbox keys. Live /api/version returned400 with edge04d6949; this is not verified process provenance. No Keymail deployment or private mailbox read occurred. Keymail's existing passkey signup exists but no overnight test mailbox has been provisioned; normal controlled SMTP question is pending with Paul.
Files / Slopbox queue 10 inventory, read-only. Source is /home/paulca/github.com/slopboxcloud/slopbox, fetched origin/main c88ad26f9a61771ca4ff66ec27306d17f284fd97. Read CLAUDE.md, README, DESIGN.md, PLAN.md and deploy/README.md. Preserved the existing dirty go.mod and all owner worktrees; no implementation, build, private content read or production write occurred.
Deployment evidence: authenticated read-only process inspection and local Unix-socket /api/version calls found production instances 8oe, a03 and cnz reporting 2d24905; development instance 8oe and legacy socket report f9edec9. Router and Litestream services are active on both hosts. Production port 443 is owned by the Slopbox router; Caddy is failed, so the deployment README's production-Caddy statement is stale. A production legacy service is also active, but its version was not established. Public home/root /api/version returns 404 and is not instance provenance. Active Litestream does not prove backup restore.
What exists: browser-encrypted 4 MiB chunk upload/download and sealed filenames/metadata; append-only file versions and paginated change feed; browser trash restore through a new version, explicit owner purge; thumbnail/image/video previews; daemon sync/offload with unsynced-file guards; client-wrapped share keys with invite/remove/rotate endpoints; passkey-based accounts and multiple Slopboxes. Browser transfers buffer whole files, retries restart transfers, and no durable browser resume or arbitrary-version history browser was found. Folder display exists, but the inspected UI has no rename/move/mkdir/search workflow. Stored versions are not a complete user-facing version-history feature. The README's 30-day trash claim is not an implemented automatic retention policy; GC targets unreferenced upload blobs, while trash is retained until explicit purge.
Highest-priority backend finding: cleanup can delete an acknowledged version's blob. At origin/main internal/instance/gc.go:46-75, GC selects unreferenced victims, releases the query, then deletes objects and index rows without a durable claim or reference recheck. files.go:100-120 does the same for explicit discard. Meanwhile handleCommit at files.go:204-226 accepts an indexed blob, inserts its version reference and commits. Interleaving: cleanup observes no references; commit adds a reference and returns success; cleanup deletes the object based on its stale observation. One SQL connection does not serialize the separate external object deletion. GC grace does not protect a resumed old upload; discard has no grace. Discard also treats any reference-query error as permission to delete. The post-transaction deletion path in purge.go needs the same review. Existing TestUsageAndGC and TestBlobDiscard cover sequential cases, not this interleaving. This is a source-derived defect, not a reproduced production incident. files.go and gc.go are unchanged between checked production revision 2d24905 and current main.
Proposed bounded first slice, requiring its own spec and Fable review: durable deletion claims in the database, with commit refusing claimed blobs and a retryable object-deletion worker; apply the lifecycle rule to GC, discard and purge, and distinguish database errors from absent references. A deterministic blocking blob-store test should force the cleanup/commit interleaving and require either refusal of the commit or retention of the acknowledged bytes. A process-local mutex alone is insufficient because GCDir also runs from the CLI in another process.
Integration prerequisite: this is still its own AWS/router/systemd deployment, not an existing Carlos app. No Oficina contract import or Home assertion integration was found on main. Suite ruling 10 and the Files boundary need a wrapper/identity bridge design that preserves the existing trust rule: Home/email identity is not possession of browser-held decryption keys. Do not replace the passkey PRF unlock path or introduce key escrow. Current backup instructions also reference an older instance path layout; an instance-aware restore rehearsal remains needed before claiming readiness. No Slopbox implementation is claimed by this audit. Docs sealing ownership and pending Fable rollout review remain with this agent.
Read-only Chromium audit complete: roots and /signin for Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides, Memoria, oficina.works and id.oficina.works at 320px/1280px with JavaScript on/off (56 page loads). No form submissions, sign-in, mail or production mutation. No horizontal document overflow or JavaScript/resource errors on working pages. All observed email inputs have accessible names. All rendered same-origin links returned 200; skip-link fragments resolved. Forms/content remain without JavaScript; delivery/auth untested. Home/id still serve placeholder 0d0262a, with /signin 404. Docs input has aria-label and placeholder but no persistent visible label; /api/version reports dev, preventing process commit verification. Other process versions: Sheets 7212864, Calendar d961b65, Slides a863fb6, Memoria 9b55ab8. Sign-in composition visibly differs across apps; any shared extraction should follow Estilo rules and copy review. Evidence/scripts/screenshots: /tmp/oficina-public-audit/. No fixes made. Broad audit complete; holding prepared review queue.
Production deployment blocker: the platform reports Sheets production release 7212864, which is not an ancestor of origin/main 4aea8f4. Their common ancestor is 8ed3926. Seven deployed-side commits add the import page, workbook rename, and list/drop chrome. Main adds only suite-doctrine amendments to AGENTS.md, PRODUCT.md and the design spec. A main-based batch candidate would remove deployed routes and UI.
Root authorized isolated fix/reconcile-deployed-chrome to preserve both histories before any production deployment. A no-commit merge applies without textual conflicts; atomic and durable-version branches remain isolated. The existing discussion 15 explicitly records missing highest-capability review, deployed-canary evidence and human copy review, so deployment is not approval. Reconciliation requires Fable, current CI, copy approval for the carried strings, and exact-process deployed canary verification. No merge to main or deploy has occurred.
Coordination checkpoint: original Home agent d63f5ac7 completed handback in Home3/9, independently verified origin split and CSRF protection, and paused overlapping edits. Root owns remaining rollout. Home branch651e5b3 has Fable approval and actual CI passed; canary hosts and independent keys prepared. DNSimple access found locally, exact six branded sender records added with existing records preserved; SES verification still pending. No user needs to provide DNS credentials now.
Docs release stamp and visible sign-in label are merged and deployed. Encryption-compatible main87662f5 now reports its exact process revision and expected production key fingerprint; no encryption activation has occurred. Platform117 owns the missing fenced maintenance operation. Platform116 tracks promotion leaving old exec-child processes serving until scoped restart/convergence.
Shared suite HTTPS guard merged1ac4323 after review/CI and current Memoria compatibility checks. Memoria pin6a1e05b under final review/CI. Estilo library and both Docs/Slides adoptions have Fable code approval, with actual consumer CI passed; library documentation user review and final reachable release pin remain prerequisites. No public repository visibility change.
Sheets read-only preflight0b3cfae actually executed on the isolated canary: exact DB /data/overnight-sheets.bds.oncarlos.com.db and socket /run/carlos/overnight-sheets.bds.oncarlos.com.sock observed in guarded process output. Empty seed argv verified. No fixture writer or production Sheets changes yet. Agent proceeds with reviewed fixture writer and atomic browser regression fixes. Files deletion and Calendar recurrence tracks continue their final implementation/review gates. Dedicated extra CI runner now covers Calendar and Memoria; all session-created transient runners remain recorded for eventual cleanup.
The overnight goal remains active; full suite readiness and pilot acceptance criteria are not complete.
Home owner session (d63f5ac7): is the Home→instance assertion contract still needed as specified, given the holistic pass?
Asking before recommending that anyone build it, because it is a week-dormant framework dependency and the suite has moved a lot since it was written.
The state, verified today rather than assumed. rastrillo/rastrillo discussion #1 — "An instance needs to verify a signed identity assertion" — was filed jointly by the Sheets and Docs design sessions, and Paul ruled its shape for both: one relying party at the home's credential origin, instances verify signed assertions and never enroll passkeys. A full design merged on 2026-08-31 (PR #128). Since then: no assertion package, no signing code, no commits touching it, no replies. Its §9 leaves six questions open for Paul, and the design says Q1 "is the first thing to rule on, because it sizes everything else". I can find no session that owns it. The live rastrillo SSO/OIDC session appears to be the opposite direction — external IdPs into an app on the sessions seam — and I have asked it directly to confirm.
What suggests it is still needed, from this thread:
- The Files/Slopbox audit states plainly: "No Oficina contract import or Home assertion integration was found on main. Suite ruling 10 and the Files boundary need a wrapper/identity bridge design."
- Calendar's active items are scoped as "item 8 slices that need no Home identity", which implies the rest do.
- Home itself is being driven to live — branch 651e5b3, canary hosts, branded sender DNS — and §13 step 3 is assertion minting.
What would change the answer, and is why I am asking rather than proceeding: if the holistic pass has replaced this with a shared session store, a suite-wide cookie domain, the SSO plugin work, or the vault handoff, then #1 is moot and home §13 step 3 should be rewritten rather than implemented.
One correction worth flagging either way. Home §5.3 and rastrillo's merged design disagree, and rastrillo's reasoning is the stronger:
- §5.3 says Ed25519; the design says ECDSA P-256 via
crypto, and argues the wire format should not be a JWT even in shape, becausecryptohas no algorithm agility — no field to say "none", no second algorithm to downgrade to, so algorithm confusion is designed out rather than defended against. - §5.3 publishes verification keys; the design recommends pinning them, on the never-speak doctrine.
My step-3 plan had recommended a hand-rolled JWS. That is now marked superseded in docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-07-home-assertion.md, because building it would have made Home the third app to hand-roll assertion verification differently — the exact outcome #1 exists to prevent.
My recommendations on §9, offered as the first consumer's view for Paul to rule on, not as decisions: (1) both halves in one package with golden vectors; (2) pinned keys — the rotation objection is weaker here than the design fears, since instance config already flows from the home at provisioning, and a fetch would put a network call and an SSRF surface inside a sign-in path already sized for cold-wake latency; (3) name it assertion, since identity is what sessions, auth, passkey and password collectively already are; (4) no JS twin, with the trigger recorded; (5) no SecondFactor seam — an instance that steps up with a local passkey is a relying party, which contradicts the ruling above; (6) 120s default, 300s ceiling — 60s would break the first consumer, because Home §5.3 sized 120s deliberately around a cold instance wake, and the design's own logic agrees single-use jti rather than brevity is the replay control.
Please confirm still-needed / superseded / changed. If still needed, the blocker is Paul answering §9, not a new issue. Home's Tasks 4-6 (redirect protocol, jti store, gate 3) are independent of the signature format and remain workable meanwhile.
22:20 Dublin coordination checkpoint. Original Home owner has handed back code and independent verification; root owns SMTP/canary/deploy. Sender DNS records exist, but supported email status remains pending with zero sends, so no Home promotion. Home support continues with assertion design review only.
Files deletion candidate 2e6b7c1 passed the genuine macOS full gate and Fable review; production integration remains pending. Sheets writer aca6668 and ordinary atomic/watermark candidate d35cf94 both have Fable approval and passing actual CI. Sheets worker now owns the isolated guarded bootstrap, normal candidate replacement, authenticated browser gate and cleanup; no production promotion or sign-in emails authorized by that test.
Memoria full-release review requested changes beyond its approved dependency update. Assigned the release-blocking authorization repair and HTTP-level regression evidence to the Docs/Files worker; sensitive findings stay in the private review record. No Memoria promotion. Calendar bounded recurrence fix is approved, but the separate gap-day duration defect requires resolving conflicting existing product rules before implementation. Estilo consumer integration remains pending the existing human copy reviews and a reachable approved library release.
Queue item 12, Meet: claimed by its original owner, the Fable session "conferencia video calling mvp" on this host, with Paul's approval of the design given 2026-09-07 in that session. Do not take item 12 from the queue.
State. Repo oficina/meet exists on the hub (private, plaintext, like its siblings). Main is the rastrillo scaffold at 6a9ff3a on rastrillo v0.26.0. The design is docs/superpowers/specs/2026-09-07-meet-design.md revision 1 on branch spec/meet-design at 75fed57, with its review record and slice claim in oficina/meet discussion 1 and four tasks on the branch.
Decisions already recorded upstream, so nobody re-decides them: suite #3 (every participant signs in, guest grant at sign-in, Paul); platform #112 and the merged media roadmap (platform runs STUN and TURN, stage 4a, built on relay-stun-turn-impl awaiting Paul's merge and infra); the frozen relay contract (2026-09-07-relay-stun-turn-design.md revision 6, CARLOS_RELAY); platform #113 (SSE plus POST for signalling); rastrillo #17 (WebSocket handler parked). Meet names no relay of its own; the interim is no relay with a disclosed floor, Paul's choice.
What I need from root: the independent review of the spec, which per the suite's pattern is Codex. The five questions the review should look hardest at are in oficina/meet discussion 1. If root would rather Fable-in-another-session reviews, say so there. I will not start slice 1 until the review returns and Paul has read the written form.
What Meet will not do overnight: deploy to shared hosts, touch Calendar, or claim Estilo primitives. Meet adopts Estilo's theme and, when extracted, the sign-in composition and error and empty states; it builds the chat panel as the suite's first, per estilo's first-builder rule, in slice 4. New strings go to the copy review per slice.
Cross-track dependency for the record: slice 3 (relay) is testable without a relay and verified against the real one when stage 4a reaches flagship; nothing in Meet blocks on it.
Meet update: the independent review of the Meet spec is running from the Meet session itself, GPT-6 via codex exec read-only against the brief at docs/superpowers/specs/CODEX-REVIEW-BRIEF-MEET.md on spec/meet-design (3836222), the same pattern the relay spec used. Root does not need to schedule one. Findings will be committed beside the spec and answered in revision 2, recorded in oficina/meet discussion 1.
Checkpoint7b70055 on plan/overnight-readiness records Home SMTP enablement and actual paired canary651e5b3. Browser check then found unsupported credential layout attributes and dropped post-signin continuation; isolated workers are drafting fixes from reviewed651e5b3 with existing strings. Directory is still a scaffold, no completed-directory claim. Root retains shared Home canary/deploy ownership per original Claude handback; no production promotion. Files verifier427362a independent review found renamed-writer inventory and repeated-flag parsing gaps; worker correction active, no deployment. Memoria final combined candidate including retention4d2d84f now queued for read-only Fable at01:51 alongside Docs/Home. Copy reviews remain pending and Estilo dependency release gate remains open.
Meet checkpoint. The Meet design (oficina/meet branch spec/meet-design, revision 7 at f467cd9) has completed its independent review: six rounds of GPT-6 via Codex, 52 findings, final verdict accept with corrections, both taken. Findings files sit beside the spec. One gate remains before slice 1, Paul's read of the written form; that is task 1 on the branch. No code beyond the scaffold exists. Root need do nothing for item 12; the Meet session holds it.
For the platform track, one question Meet will file at slice 1 rather than now: a trusted client address from the edge, because rastrillo's sign-in limiter keys on RemoteAddr and behind the edge that is one shared budget for every visitor to every app. Meet's spec §3.2 states the residue honestly; the fix is the platform's.
New independent work while Fable quota remains unavailable: /root/hometrack is checking actual Sheets multi-worksheet XLSX import/export and cross-tab formula fidelity, preserving the existing tabs/reconciliation candidates; /root/sheetstrack is checking current Keymail device-token revocation issue2 and branch ownership before preparing a bounded regression/design. Main Keymail checkout has unrelated .gitignore/.commandcode work and stays untouched. No new UI copy or live mail is authorized through those task assignments.
Meet original owner reports round6 acceptance with both P3 corrections incorporated in exact fetched revision7 f467cd974ee576c8319a84441e005a24d7d2ff90. Root asked in Meet1 for the source of its remaining written-form approval gate, distinguishing an explicit Paul ruling from a proposed workflow requirement in light of existing Go-ahead. No claim that design acceptance proves implementation or live media.
Home driver review found redirected-version, actual outgoing-mail-budget and cancellation-proof gaps; original worker is correcting them before Fable/live use. Theme6e5f715 actual CI passed and is now the seventh exact-source scheduled Fable job. Latest pushed execution checkpoint02bfc19 preserves Files live preflight and artifact evidence.
Home combined4013745 is now deployed on the isolated paired canary only. Initial process watch failed correctly; one supported scoped restart completed remotely, then both API bodies/headers matched exact401 at23:06UTC. GET-only16-case browser matrix passed with corrected16px padding/36px field-button gap, visible keyboard focus and no overflow/POST/mail. Root visually inspected the320 screenshot. Current evidence /tmp/oficina-home-canary/credential-flow-review and updated Home Fable prompt distinguish historical651 checks. Live auth/restore gates still open; production unchanged.
Keymail separate DRAFT implementation is now underway from frozen7d0b3b6. The earlier stop-before-code was root's workflow preference, not a Keymail CLAUDE requirement. Existing authorization covers drafting while Fable design is pending; no design approval, merge or deploy is implied. Frozen queued proposal remains unchanged. Worker reports core/race/vet/build and rollback-query/mutual-revoke/self/backfill mutations passing; root review, remote CI and actual binary rehearsal remain to verify.
Checkpoint committed/pushed3c8723f on plan/overnight-readiness. Home original-owner handback reconfirmed; combined4013745 is verified on both isolated canary processes and16 GET-only browser cases pass. Live authentication remains unproven. Keymail backenddbee45c now passes actual CI after targeted private Litestreamac602783 repair; runner successfully resolves remote checksum-pinned dependency. Exact ARM64 candidate built from git archive with SHA2560a451e5eea64ac1854c2e20bddee3cab6cf493c0975dab7d4a63d78549464954. Synthetic old45c1a68 canary actual process/DB attested and committed WebKit four-page gate passes. No claim or binary transition yet; private rollback proof and eventual owned-resource teardown underway. Fable timer active01:51 Dublin with12 guarded jobs including separate dependency and full Keymail branch reviews. Meet owner reports written-form approval and first implementation slice started. No suite readiness or production-promotion claim.
Checkpoint b99c1b7 pushed. New concrete progress: Slides2b17d96 fixes unreadable snapshot fallback and bounded replay of4115-edit histories, with exact CI/full gate and meaningful failure mutations. Docs0ef00a5 adds six synthetic DOCX fixtures and real supported stored-Yjs/MD/PDF export evidence; full CI passes, but DOCX import/export itself remains absent and losses are not represented as supported behavior. Both queued for independent Fable review.
Calendar isolated record now exists at overnight-calendar.bds.oncarlos.com, exact canary/overnight-recurrence channel and overnight-recurrence environment confirmed by read-only console APIs. Normal1a6dcd0 artifact built; no deployment/config/key payload yet. Fixture designfff05e1 queued; runtime DB/seed evidence unresolved, no unsafe shared-seed mutation. Corrected stale CLI guidance: console-backed instance environment binding is required. Actual production stamp d961b65;2074881 differs only in owner review-log text. Calendar theme has v0.23 header-rule missing from current Estilo; preserve it on adoption.
Fable timer active01:51 Dublin,15 guarded jobs,180min ceiling. No review inferred from queueing. Slides PDF design reconciliation continues under original-owner coordination. Full readiness goal remains active; production unchanged in this phase.
Checkpoint pushed at plan/overnight-readiness 36a985d. Calendar shared-theme candidate040eb25 passes actual CI and is queued for Fable. Estilo672 and Home1c8274d compatibility candidates also pass local/actual CI; Home has local credential-browser evidence, distinct from remaining live ceremonies. All18 queued jobs currently pass clean-head and evidence-hash guards; timer remains active for01:51 Dublin. Original Home owner coordination refreshed in Home9; root retains integration/deploy responsibility. Slides PDF design packaging is in progress; Docs shared-theme adoption and Forms ownership/readiness audit are separately assigned. No production promotion this checkpoint.
Checkpoint2de6bdd records built, undeployed exact Home1c8274d and Calendar040eb25 ARM64 candidates. Build receipts and binary hashes are guarded with their pending Fable jobs; archived source stayed unchanged. Live version/browser verification remains after approval/deployment. Docs shared-theme full gate is running; Calendar broad-release evidence and Forms placement/submission contract are being audited independently. Platform117 still has no maintenance implementation response, so Docs sealing activation remains dependent on that supported operation.
Fable actually started at01:51 and stopped on the first job with a session-limit error, reset03:20 Dublin. Empty modelUsage/no review verdict; receipt /tmp/oficina-fable-reset/quota-error-20260908-0151.json. New active timer oficina-fable-review-reset-20260908-0321.timer starts03:21. No further quota calls before then.
Twenty-four frozen jobs are queued, including Calendar canonical themed404cb87c75 (full/actual CI and32 local browser cases pass, existing booking refusal equality preserved). Docs8a/SHeets003 shared themes pass CI; local Docs/Calendar theme evidence is now hash-guarded. Additional independent Codex design reviews for Docs links and Calendar fixture are underway to sustain implementation; these are not Fable verdicts and do not waive final promotion requirements. Slides theme candidate remains in full gate.
User steering: copy review is explicitly waived for this entire massive round, including previously pending strings; do not keep those as blockers. User also requests open-source acknowledgements across every app, a reusable Estilo presentation, and continuously deployed stages with a notification after each verified deployment stating URL, preview/production and what to inspect. Runtime module inventory has started for Home (/tmp/oficina-attribution-inventory/home-runtime-modules.json), with assets/fonts/transitive notices still to inspect. Live Safari report took priority: Home form-action self blocks POST completion through the credential-to-directory redirect chain. Fix9b77ec8 has Fable DESIGN/CODE APPROVE, full local/race and exact-head CI, Chromium/WebKit old/fixed/unrelated synthetic browser proof. Canary channel promoted; initial watch timed out because actual process body remained401 despite new routing header. One scoped overnight-home environment restart requested after dry run showed exactly the2canary routes. Actual activation verification ongoing; no deployed notification yet and no production promotion.
Meet checkpoint: slice 1 (meetings, links, sign-in) is merged to oficina/meet main at cae60ed. Eight tasks each reviewed, whole-branch Fable review (no Critical, five Important fixed and re-reviewed), copy review with Paul, remote CI green. Nothing deployed; deploy is slice 6. Next is slice 2, the holding screen and room with direct connectivity. Item 12 stays with the Meet session.
Deployed: meet fd626d6 to https://meet.oficina.works (production, first release). Slice 1: sign-in, meetings, links shown once, guest sign-in through a link, holding page placeholder. What to inspect and the rollback are on oficina/meet discussion 3. Two deploy fixes were needed and are on main: CARLOS_SMTP_* fallback, and -env stripped before rastrillo's own argv parse (the platform's -socket/-db made the first build exit on wake; every rastrillo app with its own flag set should check for this). Codex code review of slice 1 found three P1s; a fix wave is in review and the next deploy carries it. One suite question for Paul from that review: whether persons.email and the session subject should be sealed suite-wide; Meet, Docs, Slides and Calendar all store the plaintext address today.
Programme for slices 2 to 6 is written: oficina/meet docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-09-meet-slices-2-6-programme.md. It adopts Estilo's theme only at a tagged release, claims no Estilo primitive except the chat panel (slice 4, first builder), leaves home assertions alone, canaries every slice on carlos canary, and posts a notification per verified deploy in the requested form.
Deployed: meet 19ccf42 to https://meet.oficina.works (production). Carries the fixes from three Codex code-review rounds on slice 1 (record on oficina/meet discussion 3): address-free mail error logging, parameterised gorm logging, grant minting inside the link re-check transaction, cleanup swept at boot and hourly with Options.NextDue scheduling a platform wake from the earliest of pending joins, auth links and sessions. Build probe set on meet with a current carlos build. Two things other apps may want: Options.NextDue for sweeping rastrillo's auth_links under hibernation (an unclicked magic link otherwise keeps its plaintext address until the next activation), and a redacting mail sender, since rastrillo's mail error text carries the recipient and auth/handlers.go logs it. Next for Meet: slice 2 per the programme plan.
Meet checkpoint (queue item 12): 39f7de7 live at meet.oficina.works with styling and Start a call; main at 39f7de7. Slice 2 (holding screen and room) in progress on oficina/meet branch slice/2-room: hub core merged to the branch after review, admission and cap in fix round 1 of review, relay and stream next. Note for the platform record: the Meet instance took ten minutes to wake after this deploy because its wake lease was held by another platform box (log: wake failed, instance lease held by ip-172-31-13-235); it cleared on retry, no action taken by me.
Meet checkpoint (queue item 12): slice 2 on oficina/meet branch slice/2-room at e4d260b. Done and reviewed clean: hub core, admission and cap, relay with replay ring and resume. Landed and in fix rounds: SSE stream (tests only), POST signal (rate-limit key), room page and confirm pages (review running). Next: devices.js, room.js, the Playwright gate, remaining gates, copy catalogue, then whole-branch review, Codex review, canary, CI, merge, deploy. Two spec revision 9 notes are on meet discussion 5 (session key is a keyed hash of the session cookie; the attaching stream GET requires Accept: text/event-stream). Nothing here touches other apps.
Meet checkpoint (queue item 12): slice 2 merged (main 2215f26) and live at meet.oficina.works. Holding screen and room with direct WebRTC, hub, SSE signalling, guest queue, removal and takeover, Playwright gate of 23 scenarios, spec revision 9. Next for Meet: slice 3 (the platform relay and /ice), slice 4 (chat and screen share), slice 5 (drive surface), slice 6 (deploy docs, README, Estilo theme pin). No cross-app surface changed. Two platform notes filed: carlos canary forms a two-label host the platform rejects (carlos/platform 124); UDP is blocked inside the Claude Code bash sandbox, so WebRTC gates must run with it off.
Meet checkpoint (queue item 12): slice 3 merged (main 3420396) and live at meet.oficina.works with the platform relay enabled (first app on the stage 4a relay: STUN and TURN through relay.eu-west-1.oncarlos.com, credentials minted per call from CARLOS_RELAY). Next: slice 4 (chat and screen share), then 5 (drive surface) and 6 (deploy docs). Platform notes: carlos canary still forms a two-label host (platform 124); relay enable worked first time with the CLI rebuilt from platform main.
Meet checkpoint (queue item 12): slice 4 merged (main 1c66309) and live: chat and screen share. The chat panel (internal/meet/templates/partials/chat.html + static/chat.js, mount API window.Chat.mount(root, {name, send})) is the suite's first chat and is built to be adopted by a second app unchanged, per §10. Remaining: slice 5 (drive surface: agents table, the five operations, per-request reach, the badge) and slice 6 (PRODUCT.md, README with the floor and relay paragraphs, acknowledgements, the Consumed suite rulings commit for Appendix A.6, the Estilo theme pin). No cross-app surface changed.
Meet checkpoint (queue item 12): slice 5, the drive surface, is live at main a283c53. Agents are their own principal (name~email) acting for a member operator, bearer-only JSON API at /api/v1 with reach re-derived per request; five operations of Meet spec §8.2; token minted and revoked on Settings. Suite-relevant shapes: the API mounts outside csrf.Protect (rastrillo csrf.SameOrigin refuses a request carrying none of Origin/Sec-Fetch-Site/Referer, so an agent's POST would be blocked; safe because the surface honours no cookie); 401 only for a missing or malformed Authorization header, every token-shaped string goes to the store and unknown/revoked/reach-less answer the same 404 body as an unknown resource; per-agent limiter keyed after resolution (keying on attacker-chosen strings would let fake tokens evict real agents' buckets); no client-address limiter in-app, unauthenticated flood control is an edge concern for carlos/platform. Record: docs/superpowers/reviews/2026-09-11-slice-5-record.md, spec §15.17. Slice 6 (deploy docs, PRODUCT.md, README floor and relay paragraphs, consumed-rulings commit for Appendix A.6) starts next.
Meet checkpoint (queue item 12), final for the programme: slice 6 (deploy docs) merged to oficina/meet main at e4f5d9e, docs only, no deploy. For suite Appendix A.6: the Consumed suite rulings commit is oficina/meet fa875c7 (spec §0.2 against doctrine 1ac4323 revision 8; rulings 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 12, 15 named by number with the Meet section that consumes each; ruling 16 cited as on the doctrine's worktree-worktree-token-at-rest branch, not main, as amended by Meet's 2026-09-12 sharing update; doctrine §5.2 relied on for Meet §2). Also new on Meet main from this slice: README.md, PRODUCT.md, AGENTS.md deploying notes, spec §8.4 amended for the shipped native apps. Recorded, not done here: the acknowledgements page is meet discussion 10's branch feat-open-source-credits (not merged to main as of 2026-09-14); the Estilo theme has no tagged release (ls-remote --tags empty on 2026-09-14) and is adopted at a pseudo-version by the Home integration; production promotion of main's head is Paul's, by hand. Slices 2 to 6 of the Meet programme are delivered; the Meet session's queue item is complete.
