Concrete proposal e75206a in implementation/external-home-launch.json. Home identifies launch only; providers retain account/device proof and client-side vault unlock. Exact current Keymail and Slopbox sources audited. Codex root independently approves design boundary only; Fable R1 privacy findings corrected and R2 running. Native rollout comes first. No provider runtime or schema approval; unresolved proof/revocation/privacy APIs remain prerequisites.

Independent Codex review by the root coordinator: APPROVE e75206a9a7fe34e1792eaa548ea45eda72027513 as a design boundary and prerequisite record only. This approves no provider runtime or schema. Home cannot mint provider-owner sessions, map identity-user IDs to mailboxes, match by email or decrypt server-side. Fresh dual proof, device revocation and non-reusable principals remain implementation gates.
Low follow-up: choose the one-to-one relation scope before provider schema design. A whole-provider scope may restrict a Home person with multiple mailboxes; preserve unique provider-principal binding while resolving this. Unknown API/privacy work remains explicitly unimplemented. Reviewer identity is recorded as Codex; no underlying model identity is inferred.
Exact e752 remote CI passed. Fable R1 privacy findings were amended; R2 review is running. Mail task36 and Files task37 track provider-specific prerequisites. No runtime or deployment changes.

Reading is done. Writing up the verdict now.
Verdict: REQUEST CHANGES. The boundary itself is sound and narrow, but two of its own binding rules, applied to the real provider schemas, admit a privacy-breaking implementation the design does not exclude. The delta is text-level. With it, the design is concrete enough to approve as an integration boundary, with the provider proof and schema APIs remaining implementation prerequisites and not claims that anything exists.
Model: claude-fable-5-1. Reviewed: frozen design.json, listed Keymail and Slopbox files, suite doctrine at oficina/suite, Home spec at oficina/home.
What holds
Home auth cannot decrypt. The Home assertion carries only sub, aud, iss, kid, jti and theme (home spec §5.3). Keymail's vault opens only from a PRF derived at the keymail origin (keymail/web/static/vault.js:44, :107). Slopbox's wrap needs the same-ceremony PRF (slopbox/internal/home/auth.go:1). RP IDs differ (Slopbox platform domain, home.go:46; Keymail origin, identity.go:188), so an Oficina passkey cannot even assert at a provider.
OAuth grants cannot become owner tokens. Separate tables and auth paths (keymail/oauth.go:2, appapi.go:16), scopes limited to identify/send/newsletter (oauth.go:31). Design step 2 and the mail seam correctly refuse identify as proof.
Home and instance authorities stay distinct at Slopbox. Home has its own credentials and sessions (store.go:44, :60); the instance has prf_keys, members and sessions (instance/webauthn.go:52, :88). The design keeps instance APIs unchanged.
Same-origin key storage preserved. Placement forbids a wrapper origin. Keys stay in the provider browser (Keymail README 18 to 21; Slopbox DESIGN.md 192 to 208).
Replay and misbinding. Single-use jti, audience, 120 s expiry and browser-bound nonce (home spec §5.3, §5.6). Step 2 binds the pending link before the round trip; step 4 requires the local binding unchanged. The connect package already fails closed on unbound or changed links (connect README 31 to 33).
Findings
High. Keymail principal is unspecified and the immutable choice de-anonymises the identity service. Steps 2 and 6 require binding to a "non-reusable local principal" and a "credential/device identifier". At Keymail the only immutable id is the anonymous identity user handle, and the relay deliberately holds no passkey-to-mailbox mapping (identity.go:3 to :8; docs/apps.md:107 to :114). Storing a relation keyed on that user id, or on a passkey credential id, next to a mailbox local creates the join the service exists to avoid. Add to not_authorized: "storing any server-side mapping from identity user handle or passkey credential to a mailbox". Add to unresolved: which mailbox-scoped principal is immutable, since the routing local may be reusable after deletion (registry not in frozen set).
Medium. Slopbox Home gains its first identifying column. The schema is the privacy policy (store.go:1 to :8); device links deliberately omit userid (store.go:66). A keyed HMAC of the Oficina subject is still a stable join key per user. Acceptable under suite ruling 13, but the design must say so, require the relation to join the raw-DB grep test (`hometest.go:165), and bind to users.id, whose AUTOINCREMENT satisfies "never reuse" (store.go:35`).
Medium. Keymail pending-link state has nowhere stated to live. The relay proxies per-mailbox APIs by bearer prefix (Keymail CLAUDE.md 219 to 224); the Home auto-POST carries no bearer. Pending state must be relay-held and mailbox-keyed, like the register routing hint. Name this in provider_seams.mail.
Medium. Revocation claims rest on code outside the frozen set. Identity link tokens never expire and have no revocation path in identity.go:64, :123 to :136; device tokens, reauth and header stripping are in files not frozen. Unresolved item 1 covers it; keep it a hard prerequisite.
Low. Slopbox Home has no freshness API. Sessions carry only created_at (store.go:60); no step-up exists. "Fresh proof" must be defined as a new sign-in within a window. The connect package forbids the legacy fallback for Keymail sessions (README 36 to 39).
Low. Doctrine shape and citations. This is not the ruling-5 suite-shape wrapper serving S1 to S3 with a roster (doctrine line 1240). It uses the assertion as person proof only, which is ruling 8. Cite rulings 5 and 8 as consumed and state the provider stays lone-shape with an explicit link.
Info. Inbox-name non-disclosure is already partial. Where a person signed in to Oficina through Keymail OAuth, Home already holds the address (apps.md:55; connect README 60 to 66). The launch path adds nothing, but the invariant should be worded as "the launch path discloses nothing new".
Limitations
No shell tool. Commit hashes, tarball contents and file-to-commit correspondence were not verified. result.json and stderr.log are empty.
Not frozen, so read only through comments and docs: Keymail reauth.go, handlers.go, relay.go, registry.go, status.go, oauth_test.go; Slopbox internal/webauthn, internal/seal, instance session code, home.js.
Suite doctrine and Home spec were read from working trees, not at pinned commits. The connect README is from an unmerged worktree.
Approval of this design, once amended, authorises no activation and asserts no provider API exists.

Root independently reviewed conditions.diff for final aeb84156c851a4bdf05bf2bf1c988d3d858d5103 against approved boundary e752. APPROVE boundary/prerequisites only. Text conditions correctly add mailbox ownership proof alongside freshness, relay-only failclosed endpoints, non-backed-up ephemeral rendezvous state, and explicit Slopbox correlation/privacy gate. No provider runtime/schema activation approved by this boundary review. Provider principal scope must be chosen before implementation; one-to-one across an entire provider may improperly exclude multiple mailboxes.
