Report at `.superpowers/sdd/2026-09-08-slice-3-export/codex-wave-a-report.md` (path is git-ignored by design). **Commit:** `986722d` — fix: codex 3, 4, 7, 10 — validate the document not the projection, stable block order, no cycles, real phone reading order (38 files; only my paths). **Per finding** (all four citations held; 3, 4, 7 reproduced first): - **3 fixed** — `slides_core_check` (ABI 1→2), `Handle.Check` before `Parse` in `previewUpdate`, `fixtures/check.mjs` mirror, stage sanitises unknown attrs before binding (a document write, because y-prosemirror has no hook between delta and `schema.mark`). - **4 fixed** — `order` key per block map, view sorts and hides it; `to_flow`, `move_block`, `add_block`, `duplicate_slide` never rebuild the array; vectors regenerated (3 `.yjs` moved, no view moved). - **7 fixed** — shared child / duplicate / cycle refused in both implementations with one message; renderer + layout append unreached blocks at the end (`data-unreached`, `WarnUnreached`). - **10 fixed** — phone viewport emits blocks in phone order (regions, stable sort, columns children); no golden moved (fixture's only order is 0). **Tests:** cargo 30+1+11 pass, clippy/fmt clean; node 148/148; wasm rebuilt and `cmp` identical; `make ci` green. Full gate not run (other agent mid-edit). **Concerns:** (1) The other agent's `f1c235d` staged the spec and `docs/api.md` whole, so my spec amendments (rulings 18–20, all `codex 3/4/7/10` paragraphs) and api.md notes landed in *their* commit — nothing lost, attribution off. (2) `move_slide` still clones/reinserts (same hazard at slide level) — noted in spec §2.3, not fixed. (3) `AGENTS.md` should mention `Check` in the gate; left alone as the other agent was editing it.
