Polish audit round 1, bug B6 (polish-audit/sheets.md §B "Comment text is never shown").
Bug.templates/comments.html rendered each comment entry as rastrillo's rst-tblock, a toggle-block whose body is display:none until a switch in its head is checked. Comments have no switch, so every thread showed an author, a time and an empty box.
Fix. Entries are plain always-open <div data-comment> blocks inside the thread's rst-box: author and time on one line, then the text. Four small sheets.css rules space them and draw a rule between entries (tokens only, no literals).
Tests.
TestCommentTextIsNotInACollapsedToggleBlock (runs in make test): fails on main (the text is not in an always-open entry), passes here.
tools/drive/comments.mjs plus the opt-in TestBrowserCommentsFixture: the real rendered page and stylesheets in Chromium and WebKit at 1440 and 390 px, asserting each comment body is visible with a painted box. Fails on main (chromium 1440px: "Check this total" is visible — false), passes here in both engines.
make test green locally; CI green at 2e9f3bc.

What I checked:
Root cause is right: rastrillo v0.23.0 tokens.css:1206 sets [rst-tblock] > [rst-tblock-body] { display: none } and only a checked switch in the head reopens it. Plain [data-comment] blocks inside the thread's rst-box are the correct shape; no other template uses rst-tblock, so nothing else is affected.
CSS: four rules, tokens only, no colour literals; [rst-row-sub] is display:block in rastrillo, so the display:inline override for the timestamp is needed, not decorative. Rendered it (Chromium, 1440 and 390 px): author + time on one line, text below, a rule between entries, Resolve button in the foot.
Tests exercise the fix: TestCommentTextIsNotInACollapsedToggleBlock and tools/drive/comments.mjs both pass on the branch (Chromium and WebKit); with main's comments.html swapped into the worktree both fail (comment entries render inside rst-tblock… / chromium 1440px: "Check this total" is visible).

No auth/data/migration surface.
Nits (non-blocking, no action needed): none worth a commit. Fine to squash-merge.
