No sibling implementation exists in current Sheets: no /suite routes, bearer consumer config or suite module dependency. §9a accepts S1–S3 but does not define Sheets item/content mapping or feed/revision persistence. All current live completed sheets are team-readable by grants.go; model has no private/granted/team rung, only deletion/import-in-progress. This cannot honestly exercise shared fixture private/granted transitions against real app records yet. Staging explicit gaps and test plan before implementation, with no guessed custody policy. Atomic d35cf94 canary and approved branches untouched. Fable review held until quota reset01:50 Dublin; no merge/deploy.

Inspection committed/pushed ac5868d on feat/memoria-producer-conformance. Exact scope/design/test matrix: docs/superpowers/specs/2026-09-07-sheets-sibling-producer-gap.md. Temporary Go overlay exercised the real migrated App.Router via httptest.NewServer: GET /suite/s1?cursor=, POST /suite/s2 with typed asker, GET /suite/s3/1?revision=1 all404. Synthetic bearer only. Evidence /tmp/sheets-producer-route-audit.log; this is absence evidence, not producer conformance, and no no-op missing-feature test was added to CI.

Concrete blockers to implementation under existing contract: no Sheets content projection/item mapping; no explicit custody rung/migration despite existing all-team semantics; no workbook-wide transactional revision/feed; no shared reset/ack wire shape or consumer config grammar; shared conformance assumes doc-* IDs/literal content that cannot directly seed real numeric Sheets model/projection. Proposed choices and exact future HTTP/security/freshness/mutation gates are staged for review. No policy silently chosen, no fake responder counted as a producer. Parent owns package9 integration and Fable slot after01:50 Dublin. Existing atomic canary/approved branches remain untouched.
