Draft route-by-route implementation contract now prepared in docs/superpowers/specs/2026-09-07-workbook-tabs.md. Full tab scope includes canonical navigation, scriptless parity, all review/edit redirects, encrypted name validation, transaction-safe reorder, workbook capability views and whole-workbook export. Metadata live-update mechanism remains explicitly unresolved before approval. Multi-worksheet import must immediately follow and is a prerequisite to claiming migration readiness. No implementation yet; Fable quota resets at 20:50 Dublin.
Workbook tabs: route, export and encrypted-name design review open

Preparing the full workbook tabs slice under the overnight readiness plan while atomic batch code awaits Fable quota reset and deployed canary. This branch initially contains design and a concrete copy index only. All existing HTML routes will be classified by sheet versus tab scope, with access pairing, sealed names, canonical redirects, scriptless parity, multi-tab export and migration addressed. No implementation before independent Fable spec approval. Parent orchestration uses oficina/suite tracking.
Workbook tab design committed and pushed. Corrected older spec route count against current app.go: 19 /sheets route registrations, not 21. Verified Excel name limit uses 31 UTF-16 code units. Selected typed tabs invalidation on the existing SSE connection plus bounded authenticated metadata fetch, preserving the hidden-tab idle policy. Ten UI strings have a live human copy review; no implementation or review approval claimed. Fable review resumes after quota reset.
