🤖 chore: ignore the stray tools/drive build output
`go build ./tools/drive` drops a binary called `drive` in the repo root, which made the tree look dirty to `carlos deploy` — it refuses to stamp a version naming a commit the build does not match, and it was right to. The remaining untracked entries are the environment's own shell dotfiles, bind-mounted as character devices. They are not ours and are never committed; a code review asked that be confirmed, so it is noted here.
