Holding Memoria deployment to address the actual findings: move credits into existing requireSession group to preserve the settled no-anonymous-page rule; amend both literal route lists and admission prose; retain signed-in header without passage-count queries/footer; parse embedded inventory at boot; revalidate CSS and pin release/test/generator Go toolchain. Shared undefined --rst-border was fixed in Estilo0bcb928 with an undefined-token mutation gate; Memoria adopts that plus escaped missing-notice label. New session-boundary and served-token tests were mutation-checked, full gate running. Old frozen source/review retained; follow-up gets a new exact review, not approval inferred from passing tests.

Commit 2ceb79c adds public embedded software notices and shared Estilo CSS, linked from signed-in Help. No passage, count, identity or session access. Full make ci and 320/1200px script-disabled keyboard browser checks pass. Five mutation checks caught removed credits/CSS routes, notice drift, invalid styling attribute, undeclared route; all reverted. Route inventory and spec explicitly declare both metadata routes. Existing migration CLI registered as a Go tool so tidy preserves its checksum. Keymail signin missing upstream notice remains explicit. Remote CI and Fable review pending; no deploy.
