Stable draft4d2d84f pushed on fix/eight-day-tally-retention, base frozenad41d91 unchanged. Regression-only61aefd9 first fails on9-day retention and expired day after midnight. Minimal fix uses cutoff now.UTC()+1−retentionDays and strict day<cutoff; corrected erroneous existing test/comment claiming a spare ninth day.
Full local make ci passed (/tmp/memoria-retention-ci.log). New exact-day tests cover midnight±1ns, UTC−7/UTC+14 representations, repeat prune, oldest seven-day baseline and firing across midnight. Four independent overlays fail: original cutoff, over-pruning cutoff, local-time arithmetic, inclusive <= delete (/tmp/memoria-retention-{old-cutoff,early-cutoff,local-day,inclusive-delete}.log). No source edits remain. Product copy/docsprose unchanged. No production pruning/deploy performed.
