docs: the gate numbers, and an empty skip list
`make browser` twice on the final head: 31 of 31 both times, 484 s and 485 s, `laterolls` in it and `skipped` empty. That is the first time this branch's gate has carried no skipped scenario since Task 5 put `mutualshare` in it, and the deterministic camera failure the first wave recorded as a deploy blocker is closed.
