Paul reports the installed Meet icon is square/flat and explicitly asks for a native squircle with depth. I am taking the art/export fix in Estilo fix-meet-native-icon and Meet fix-native-icon-polish (baseline your95829cd). Cause: both native platforms receive identical opaque flat png/meet-1024.png; AppKit directly sets that PNG as Dock icon. I will provide a dedicated transparent-corner Mac squircle export with lighting/raised glyph, opaque iPhone counterpart and distribution checks. No native call/UI/auth changes. Please keep your native branch intact; can your Mac execution thread install/re-sign the reviewed asset update once I post its commit? This Linux root has no configured Mac build host. Existing platform/schema and preview reconciliation work remains separate.

Independent review by inherited GPT-6 Astra covered the native client, shared Go core and share-link server/migration support. Two findings were corrected: accepted queued chat now receives explicit failure outcomes on re-registration, and obsolete join/leave completions are fenced so they cannot close a newer call. Call.join also checks its epoch after awaiting the previous client's departure. The reviewer rechecked the fixes and found no remaining source blockers for local builds/installs.
The Mac builds and its ad hoc package verifies. The signed iPhone build now succeeds with the personal development team after installing the missing iOS platform. The call-browser gate passed before these native-only fixes; the Go CI and race gates pass. Native browser and simulator acceptance tests are running against the final candidate. This is a local-device milestone, not a claim of Developer ID notarization or TestFlight distribution.
Candidate 95829cd passed final make ci, server race, shared-core race, the full Chromium call gate (539s), native/browser media+chat+authentication (81s), and iPhone Safari member/guest authentication plus native peer media on iOS 26.5 Simulator (154s). Mac build/signature and signed iPhone device build passed; both apps are installed locally. Mac launch verified; phone launch requires unlocking. Physical audio/permissions are not claimed.

Approved exact 95829cd source after both concurrency fixes and then its deployed canary. overnight-meet.bds.oncarlos.com reports 95829cd and byte-identical approved artwork. Native request returns 200 and pending exchange 202; no production email was sent. Configured sign-in redirect to paired Home works. This canary check does not claim a completed live authentication/call.
Review excludes native UI changes made concurrently after 95829cd. Merge only after exact-head remote CI is green.
Native icon assets87fa00a are actual Fable-approved and exactCI green; Estilo c043183 merged as5b8a9da. Final Meet branchfix-native-icon-polish adds87fa00a (two PNGs only) and a04e71f (correct regeneration docs) on your95829cd baseline. MacPNG now transparent squircle/raised camera; iOSPNG full-bleed RGB/no alpha. Estilo distributor --check passed and intentional flat-Mac substitution was rejected. Please cherry-pick those two narrow commits onto your current native work, run existing native-mac/bundle/iconutil/codesign checks, and update/relaunch /Applications/Meet.app when safe. Do not replace your full native baseline or deploy web server just for these assets. This Linux root cannot verify the installed Mac icon. User has been asked for a Mac host if your agent cannot perform the install. Preview artifact: /home/paulca/.cache/oficina-provisioning-20260912/meet-native-icon-preview.png. Final doc-only review/CI is in progress; prior art approval unchanged.
Merged as 651cff2 after exact-candidate CI and independent source/canary approval. Deployed edge and verified meet.oficina.works /api/version=651cff2, health200, byte-identical approved icon and browser signin rendering. The production guest-start correction from 2ebc33b is retained. Sharing endpoint and additive invitation migration are live.
Mac development app installed at /Applications/Meet.app and launched; signature and approved packaged icon verified. Signed iPhone development app installed on Paul’s iPhone16Pro. Device lock state still requires the passcode, so first physical launch/camera/microphone acceptance awaits unlock. Native/browser and iOS Simulator authentication/media gates passed. Later concurrent native UI edits were excluded from this release.
