Sign in from the front page

Both identity roles are live now — id.oficina.works runs the credential
role and oficina.works the directory role — so /auth/start resolves the
whole handshake and lands on a real sign-in form. The front page had no
way to reach it.

Three links, all to /auth/start: the bar, the hero's second action, and
the sign-up section, which can now tell the truth about half of itself.
Signing in works; creating a team still does not, and the section still
says so.

Memoria stays the hero's primary action. It is the one thing a stranger
with no account can actually use today, and sign in is not.
