Merge the release download links into main open

Opened after the merge (squash 701a379). The pre-merge discussion call failed on an argument error and the coordinating session missed it. Recording it here late rather than not at all.
This merge brings the native download links from release/mac-document-windows (16f455c, the build oficina.works serves today) onto main, so that deploying main to the directory doesn't roll the site back to stale downloads.
The diff against main is six href changes in internal/home/static/site/index.html: Docs 2→7, Sheets 2→8 and Calls 1→3, now pinned to native-releases commits. The link set matches the live site byte for byte (checked with curl). The headline fix ce2a5a4 survives the merge. The local gate passes (GOTOOLCHAIN=go1.26.5 make test-vet test-fmt test-build test-go).
Review: no separate Fable pass. This content has served production since 2026-09-22 and is only links; the coordinating session checked it. Merged without green hub CI (runner 429/503) on Paul's instruction of 2026-09-23.
