Discovered Command Code model list identifies claude-fable-5 as most capable; explicit-model plan-mode review running, artifacts /tmp/oficina-chooser-continuation-review. Runtime mounting, schema/store/registry wiring and canonical production destination policy remain separately gated. No source implementation or deployment.

Follow-up to discussion26 and reviewed chooser0704391. Local Chromium/WebKit JS on/off evidence shows POST303 external redirect blocked by form-action self; POST200 immediate escaped meta-refresh reaches GET with Back returning chooser without replay. Drafting scoped design only, no app edits/deploy. Production runtime/schema/store registry integration remains a separate decision. Review will use configured Claude Fable before any code.

Tip3192862 adds approval annotation only. Mandatory implementation notes: meta content is plain attribute context, so canonical-origin rejection and parsed meta/anchor equality tests are essential; real renderer escaping, no-referrer, fallback-anchor and default-empty head-block isolation must be tested. Expired-session POST redirect-chain risk remains explicitly deferred to actual-router acceptance. No application implementation, routing/schema mounting, deploy or live acceptance. Root receives clean pushed branch.
