The claimed absence of credential maxage is contradicted by cc61976 source and merged fresh-auth tests; design now names that existing support and the separately reviewed StartFresh/BindStart dependency. Also made AUTOINCREMENT, both-role privacy gates, confirmation transport and token-rotation evidence explicit. Verified platform117 remains open, and audited platform dcf0cad first-boot Seed as an app-manifest-wide narrower option only for all-new DB/no-replica, not existing overnight-directory. Covers authoritative directory schema, explicit team navigation, operator seed across credential/directory split, call-8 epoch/generation/TTL, and production alias preservation. No implementation or deployment. Independent Command Code claude-fable-5 review requested. Live bootstrap depends on supported fenced operator transport; no direct database writes.

Sonnet4.5 was prose self-identification conflicting with actual metadata; it is not reliable serving-model evidence. Revised designfa64e28 records this and merged shared consumer4d3039c/verified preview02f9ac0 prerequisite. Second independent review running with explicit same model and exact frozen issuer max_age/fresh reauthentication source inline, avoiding stale narrative and external module lookup traps.
