Correct the dsgen claim: it renders rastrillo's vocabulary, not ours

Both files said cmd/dsgen "generates a gallery for any module's own
vocabulary". It does not. Its public surface is -out/-mount, and
internal/designsystem.Render hardcodes imports of rastrillo's own ui
package, so pointed at estilo it would reproduce rastrillo.org's gallery.

I put that claim here on good authority and did not check it. The
implementer starting estilo checked it, which is why it is being corrected
before anything was built on it rather than after.

Recorded rather than quietly deleted, because the claim is in circulation
and the next person will hear it too. Estilo's gallery is now an open
question, and the note says to ask rastrillo for the seam rather than fork
the tool — a second generator is the outcome this repo's own rules exist
to prevent.
