First implementation of the requested suite attribution screen in Estilo, with Home as first consumer. Native details, package/version/source, full original notices, automatic HTML escaping, caller-localized title, and Estilo-owned wrapping/minimum target styling. No JavaScript or theme-token changes. Component does not claim complete license inventory; actual dependency notices and browser validation are the next steps.
