Button links keep rastrillo's colours (rst-btn selectors are 0,1,0 vs the new 0,0,1); --rst-accent on the card surface is ≥5.93:1 for all nine apps in both schemes, already gated by TestContrastMeetsWCAG; :visited/focus not broken. Two Lows, fixed in ef6346b: match base.css's 0.15em underline offset; add :focus-visible beside the foot link's :hover. The root cause (those apps don't link base.css) is named in the comment; linking base.css app-wide was not done because it would recolour every link in those apps, and Fichas keeps links uncoloured by design. CI passed at ef6346b.

Calendar, Memoria, Calls and Fichas don't link base.css, so the door card's links rendered the browser's #0000EE (measured live on all four). The card now colours its links at zero specificity (a button link keeps rastrillo's colours); the foot link is quiet.
