Silence side-tab on show.html, where it flags a blockquote
The design hook reads [docs-text] blockquote's 3px grey border-inline-start as a card's accent tab. It is not a card and not an accent: it is the rule down the side of a quotation, in the styles for rendered document content, and it is how quotations have been marked since long before CSS. Removing it would make a quote in someone's document indistinguishable from body text, in an app whose whole job is rendering documents. Scoped to the one rule in the one file rather than turned off project-wide, so side-tab still fires everywhere it would mean what it says — including elsewhere in this repo, where a coloured stripe down a panel would be exactly the tell it is looking for. Paul confirmed it as intentional; the hook never writes this config itself. The reason is recorded in the entry, because a suppression with no stated reason is indistinguishable later from one added to make a warning go away. .impeccable/config.json is committed on purpose — a suppression that lives on one machine is not a decision the project made. The dedup cache and the per-developer overrides beside it are ignored, since those are state rather than decisions.

Attributed to this commit: 46.1 g CO₂e (5500207 tokens). This is an attribution, not a measurement — usage counted from this commit's own marker forward to the next one on mobile-margins-squashed, never backward from it. A turn that produced more than one commit books all of its tokens to the last one, and a concurrent session on this branch can add to the same figure. Some of it was priced using the shared default rate, because no model-specific factor row exists yet for at least one model involved. The Carbon view has the repo total, which is never derived from this attribution.
