app: rebuild the editor bundle for fix round 1 (missed in cec952b)

cec952b's own bundle rebuild never made it into that commit — the
previous hashed file was still what HEAD carried, so the gate's own
freshness check (rebuild and diff) correctly caught it. No source
change here, just the artifact fixtures/build-editor.mjs produces
from cec952b's already-committed fixtures/editor-entry.js and
fixtures/save-queue.mjs.
