Refresh embedded core from pinned reproducible build

Clean builds of baseline d5ff04e and this worktree in distinct roots both produce SHA-256 11616fd4abd880665466d721c0b566fab2416474d872f8f952bb0694f8410f56 (636296 bytes). The previous committed artifact was c728def3e28454a463bc4da6f4baccc9449ed4aada8d4fcb8d5adcebac6be852 (635617 bytes). No core source or gate changes. Independent review approved the generated update and the unchanged complete gate passes.
