Verified: each app's single layout is the only page shell, links busy.css after tokens.css and busy.js after the new shim; no page can load the old shim alongside busy.js; no other copy of the busy rule in app JS; vendored files byte-identical to estilo; CSP default-src 'self' admits the file; download/204 endpoints are links, not forms.

Findings, all addressed: (1) script requestSubmit() with no submitter stalled 650ms with no spinner → fixed at source in rastrillo (discussion 51: only a submit with a spinner showing is held; estilo 846b397), and Calendar quick-add / Sheets file drop now pass their button so it spins; (2) Slides presenter Next/Previous/Blackout opt out (data-busy="false") — a live talk wants them instant; flagged to Paul as a deliberate exception; (3) Memoria's old vendoring tool no longer writes rastrillo.js (would have restored the old rule).
