Deploy the approved Oficina icon set open

On branch codex/oficina-icons

Apply the Oficina icon set approved by Paul on 2026-09-12. Each app embeds its own SVG favicon, PNG fallback, Apple touch icon and header artwork. Home's existing six app entries carry matching icons with visible names; Mail and Files are unchanged. Estilo holds the source artwork and distributor, with byte checks for every consumer and the Lucide license.

Independent source review: inherited GPT-6 Astra (review_icons agent). Native packaging findings were corrected and re-reviewed; no remaining web source findings. Chromium checks of server-rendered fixtures passed at 1280 and 320 px with JavaScript disabled, without missing brand images or horizontal overflow. Home's MIME and missing-route mutations failed as expected. Local app checks and remote CI results are recorded in the execution thread.

Paul has authorized deployment. Existing canaries are being updated first, retaining their roles and configuration. Production deployment follows process-version and asset verification, green CI and merge through the normal gate. This change does not authorize the separate canonical Home identity cutover.

Canary verification completed for the icon release. Every running /api/version matches its branch commit, and the SVG bytes served by each app match the approved Estilo master. Chromium loaded the signed-out surfaces without JavaScript and found the expected favicon markup. Existing Home-enabled app sign-in flows redirect to the paired Home credential service. Authenticated headers and the six-icon directory were verified in server-rendered fixtures, not live authenticated sessions.

Independent review of deployed evidence and source: inherited GPT-6 Astra, review_icons agent. Approved the icon branches with no remaining icon-related blockers. This approval does not cover canonical Home authentication cutover. All exact-head remote CI checks passed. Paul authorized deployment; proceed through the normal merge gate and verify running versions and artwork after production rollout.
