Spec: the design-system guidance has a permanent URL, and v0.22.0 flips the framework closed
On branch spec-v022-guidance
Documentation only, three facts, each verified rather than relayed.
The guidance is published at https://rastrillo.org/docs/design-system, replacing the scratch path this spec pointed at. Its roadmap claim that the class spelling would be dropped before 1.0 has been corrected to what is true today.
v0.22.0 flips the framework itself to the attribute grammar — class= in ui/ui.go fell from 56 to 5, the remainder being utilities that keep the class spelling by design. Docs and rastrillo now write the same spelling.
The one breaking rename does not reach us, checked rather than assumed: the hand-written sticky save-bar idiom became rst-form-bar, and we use neither it nor rst-form-foot. So the v0.21.0 → v0.22.0 upgrade is optional and low-risk — left as Paul's call rather than taken as an unattended dependency bump while he is asleep.
rastrillo markup is recorded with the order that matters: doctor --fix first, because an app's CSS must match both spellings before its markup moves. Docs does not need the codemod, having been written in the attribute grammar from the first line.
