Pin reviewed-compatible Estilo672 candidate/Rastrillo released0.23 and serve theme.CSS through existing static/theme.css Assets fingerprint/cache path, keeping runtime ui structural assets. No new style/product ruling, UI copy, auth or editor change. Existing spec review rule applies before a new spec becomes a plan; this mechanical source adoption adds no new spec. Add failure-sensitive served-theme/token/cache regression, run full repo gate and actual CI, then separate whole-branch Fable/canary before integration. Preserve frozen status/links/DOCX branches; no main/deploy.
