Spec: v0.21.0 facts, estilo, and the markup decision unparked closed

On branch spec-v021-facts

Documentation only — no code. Three commits.

Facts that went stale overnight, verified against the tag rather than taken on relay. rastrillo v0.21.0 styles both spellings — ui/tokens.css carries 343 bare-attribute selectors alongside 398 class ones — so the spec's claim that the attribute grammar existed in no tree was wrong. And rastrillo doctor landed, retiring the manual tokens.css re-copy step the spec told readers to carry.

estilo's address and the prefix rule. The variant is oficina/estilo, and anything Docs contributes to it takes an *`estilo- prefix, never rst-`* — that namespace is the framework's, and this is not hypothetical: rastrillo's own stage-1 migration found rst-form__foot and rst-form-foot both live inside ui.

The markup decision, unparked by Paul once both his conditions were met and independently verified. Docs writes the attribute grammar, adopting per screen rather than per element (mixed authoring inside one component matches neither spelling), and pinning v0.21.0 or later, below which attributes render unstyled.

That question reversed twice before landing here, both times by applying a conclusion drawn about one repo to a different one without re-deriving it. The reasoning stays in §10.1.1 so the next reader inherits the argument rather than only the answer.

Next: plan 2 is re-sequenced to the rastrillo app rather than the layout engine, because the goal is something testable in a browser and a readable document does not need pagination.
