scaffold: a rastrillo app named calendar

rastrillo new --shell=topbar --theme=day --icons=lucide --ux=considered,
with the module path moved to amadan.net/oficina/calendar to match home
and sheets. docs' legacy github.com/carlosframework/docs path is not the
one the suite settled on.

The .gitignore carries the suite's shared stub-file block: the harness
materialises .bashrc, .gitconfig and friends as character devices in the
working directory, and `git add -A` fails on them.
