Root cause: the scenario updates the host profile to Europe/Dublin, then generated the public reschedule slot with its stale UTC Person record. RescheduleBooking reloads the host and validates in Europe/Dublin, so the candidate can be unavailable depending on date/DST. fa5d863 rereads the BookingView before calculating the slot and fixes the scenario clock. The test now explicitly passes 2026-09-24 (the date that reproduced the CI failure), and both 2026 Dublin DST boundary dates. Local GOTOOLCHAIN=go1.26.5 make ci is green.
