Calendar Help adopts shared open-source credits open

Source167a8b5 stacks on split-series repair569fe4b. This is the second actual Estilo credits consumer after Home, using the same /help/open-source route, source notices, native disclosure renderer and CSS. Help is available from signed-in app pages and the credits page. The public credits response uses no-store/no-referrer and starts no sign-in or cookie.
Production dependency notices include nested/bundled licences, Go runtime and the upstream Lucide/Feather notice. Browser-only Playwright test tooling is not an app runtime dependency. The known missing Keymail signin licence remains explicit rather than invented. make credits and the dependency/notice drift test cover updates.
Full integrated make ci passed. Native Chromium320/1200px layout,24px targets and keyboard with scripting disabled passed on the actual rendered Calendar shell. Exact CI and Fable review pending. No merge/deployment. Shared review: estilo4; prerequisite repair review: calendar9.

Credits release 167a8b5 was verified live: process and edge matched its source (Sheets uses short process stamp), health/credits/CSS passed, actual preview browser evidence saved in /home/paulca/.cache/oficina-provisioning-20260911/calendar-credits-live-browser/browser-result.json. A separately reviewed Estilo follow-up is now in progress; it corrects separators and missing-notice display and avoids repeated inventory decoding. No auth/content changes in this delta.
