🤖 A new Mac app (0.9.6), all about the conversation holding still.

The /, @ and : suggestion lists now float above the message box instead of pushing the whole conversation upwards as you type and the list of matches narrows. A long list stops at a readable height and scrolls, rather than covering the chat you're floating over.

Scrolling back to re-read something is steadier too: a link preview finishing loading, someone else starting to type, or changing the text size no longer pulls you down to the newest message. That only ever happened when the newest message was a long one — which is exactly when you'd least want to be moved.
