ios+mac: mint native 0.9.2 (16) — the changelog entry for the build (#1486)

Both apps mint together from one version and build, and the entry is part of
the mint rather than the feature PRs: a native change only reaches members
when a build is downloadable, so one entry covers everything in this one.

Since 0.9.1 (15): Media, links & docs arrives on both apps, with photo search
that runs on the device (Vision labels + OCR) and, on the Mac, its own window,
pinch/double-click zoom and Save; reply threads dock beside the chat on Mac
and iPad with their own reply box, "Reply in thread" joins the iPhone's
message menu, and thread replies stay in their thread; the Mac's update
reminder is a rail arrow instead of a dialog, and its feed no longer shifts
under a reader or a selection drag; and Eleven's setup chat is straight about
where a key is kept, can offer sign-in, and saves the contact email it asks
for.

Excluded as invisible to members: refactors, release-script guards, the
TestFlight group fix, and the row-height cache key. Work already announced by
its own entry (notification taps, "Done for now", the name/email confirm, the
thread pane's web voice, the media search box) is not repeated here.

+🤖 New iPhone and Mac apps (0.9.2). "Media, links and docs" arrives on both: open a
+chat's ⋮ menu to browse everything ever shared there — photos and videos,
+links, files — grouped by month, with a search box over each tab. In the apps
+that search reaches inside the photos themselves: what's in them ("dog",
+"beach") and any words they carry, from a screenshot to a whiteboard to a
+receipt. It's all worked out on your own device, so the pictures never leave
+it. On the Mac, media opens in its own resizable window, photos pinch or
+double-click to zoom, and Save drops a copy in your Downloads.
+
+Reply threads now dock beside the chat on the Mac and on an iPad, with their
+own reply box, and "Reply in thread" joins the message menu on the iPhone too
+— replies you make in a thread stay in the thread, leaving a tally under the
+message they answer. Two quieter Mac changes: an update that's ready for you
+waits as a small arrow at the side instead of throwing a dialog over your
+conversation, and the feed no longer shifts under you while you're reading or
+dragging to select text. And Eleven's setup chat in the apps is straight with
+you about where your key is kept, offers to sign you in on the spot, and the
+contact email you give it now actually saves.
