web+ios: Eleven's finish line offers "Done for now" (#1477)

"Where would you like to start?" offered only destinations, so being
finished had no answer — the last beat of setup implied there was
somewhere else you ought to be.

Adds a Done for now chip to both finish steps, which says the thing out
loud: you're set up, nothing is outstanding, Eleven is here if you want
it. Flow data only; native bundles regenerated.
