status: ssh ledger — the thread-pane canary's create and deploy rounds (#1483)

Two entries covering this session's dev-mesh access: the canary create plus
its first pinned deploy, then the re-deploys through each review round of the
thread-pane work. Split across two files because the working window crosses
midnight UTC and the public page joins entry to session by date.
