web: a sheet's bare h2 spaces like one in a sheet-head (#1006)
Most dialogs write their title as a plain <h2> straight into the .sheet card rather than wrapping it in a .sheet-head, so they kept the browser's default heading margin and sat far below the card's top padding. Give a sheet's first-child h2 the same zero top margin and 10px gap the .sheet-head shape has.
