web: add shrug, facepalm, strong, lol emoji shortcodes (#1033)
Rounds out the autocomplete with a few commonly-typed reactions that weren't discoverable by name (strong/lol already existed as muscle/joy; shrug and facepalm were missing entirely). Fixes #451
