ci: refresh app-level Package.resolved for the full dependency graph (#1015)
The committed ios/ci_scripts/Package.resolved pinned only Sparkle — it was generated before swift-markdown landed in LChatCore (#531). Xcode Cloud (which runs with automatic package resolution disabled) then rejected builds with "an out-of-date resolved file was detected … dependencies were added: 'swift-markdown'". Regenerate against current main so the app lock captures the whole graph: Sparkle 2.9.4, swift-markdown 0.8.0, swift-cmark 0.8.0 (transitive). Content is byte-identical to the swift-test-verified ios/LChatCore/Package.resolved.
